If central location and comfort are important to you, choose our Central residences! The apartments are scattered around the town, but one thing is for sure: the centre and the ski slopes are just a step away! You can fit up to 10 people here.

LOCATION

The apartments are scattered in the centre of Les Orres. The central square and the nearest ski lift are just 2-3 minutes walk from the apartments.

The complex includes the following apartment buildings: Parc des Airelles, Balcon des Airelles, Haut de Préclaux, Terrasses du Soleil d'Or.

RESOURCES

Each of the apartments has a wellness area. Free or paid parking is available, depending on the apartment building. Free WiFi is available at the reception.

ROOMS

All apartments have a kitchenette with a stove, oven or microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Most rooms have a balcony or terrace and a ski storage room. In the living room there is also a pull-out sofa bed, which is smaller than an average double bed. All double beds come with double blankets (1 large!).

Apartments can be booked for 4, 6, 7, 8 or 10 persons.  

PAYABLE ON THE SPOT

A deposit of €100 per bed is required, which will be returned if the room is handed over intact. It can be paid by credit card (cancellation time 30-40 days).

Bed linen and towels are provided at an extra charge.

Final cleaning is obligatory before leaving the apartment, otherwise it will be deducted from the deposit!
